Introducing.... the new Wishing Tree blog!

HAPPY NEW YEAR, everyone!!! How did you celebrate?? We hope you had a great time with loved ones.

We did something different for 2009 - we started the new year with a new blog! This is our first-ever entry and we're so excited to be writing this. We've been a bit nervous to delve into the world of blogging, but with helpful encouragement from friends and clients we decided it was the right time, especially since Wishing Tree is turning ten really soon. In fact...

We're celebrating our 10th anniversary this year! :)

How quickly time flies when you're having fun doing the things you love most! Our blog was created to mark this happy milestone and to usher in the start of something new, fresh and unique for us... and for you, our dear friends, clients, and readers. Having said that, The Wishing Tree Blog will be our online journal of sorts and a communication tool for Wishing Tree. It will be...

1) an online gallery, where we will post pictures and stories of Wishing Tree's fabulous weddings and events as they come

2) our inspiration board, to share any flowers, decor and inspiration that catches our fancy (or yours?!)

3) our message board to let you know of upcoming and on-going events, news, announcements, promotions and hot deals

4) your manual to floral artistry featuring tips, advice and how-to guides on various topics and subjects related to flowers and floral arrangement. We welcome your questions and suggestions, and will try our best to give you the answers you need!

Does that sound good? It gets even better! Wishing Tree, in celebration of our 10th anniversary, will be offering loads of goodies and freebies throughout 2009 - and most, if not all, will be exclusive to TWTB readers. Just be sure to check back often and take advantage of these great deals as they will be offered for a limited time.

As we prepare to celebrate 2009, we are also getting ready usher in the Year of the Ox (the Chinese Lunar New Year at the end of January) as well as Valentine's Day. There's lots of work to be done, and we'll be posting our promotions and hot deals in the coming weeks.
